Everything you need to know before you come.

Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We recommend visiting between 7–9 AM for morning puja and feeding.
Location
ISKCON Bhopal Gaushala, Hoshangabad Road, near ISKCON Temple, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462026.
Entry Fees
Entry is completely free for all visitors. Donations are welcome but never required.
What to Expect
Guided cow-feeding tours, interaction with indigenous cow breeds, explanation of Gau Seva, and the option to perform cow puja with devotees.
Guidelines for Visitors
Do's
  • Wear modest, respectful clothing
  • Maintain silence near the cows
  • Follow devotee guidance during puja
  • Wash hands before and after touching cows
Don'ts
  • Do not bring non-vegetarian food inside
  • Do not use flash photography near cows
  • Do not run or make loud noises
  • Do not feed unapproved items to cows

Cow Feeding Seva
Help distribute morning and evening fodder to our herd. Physical activity, deeply meditative.
Monthly Event
Vet Camp Assistant
Assist our veterinary team during monthly health camps. Medical students welcome.
Weekdays
Farm & Composting
Work in our organic composting unit and vermicompost beds. No experience needed.
Weekends
Tour Guide
Lead school and family tour groups through the Gaushala. Fluent Hindi or English required.
Flexible
Photography & Media
Document Gaushala life through photos and video for social media and fundraising.
Seasonal
Event Volunteers
Help organize Govardhan Puja, Gopashtami, and other major festivals throughout the year.
